Ownership: Ryan → INST + PROP, Yash → DERIV + UA + NOTIF; Yash is barred from INST-PIPE-WU≥07 / INST-WU≥06. Live tracker — every card's status is synced to Linear as of Tue Jul 7 (D2): 12 done, 5 in progress, the rest to do. ARGUS-BOOT-WU-01 (Argus Suite Bootstrap) is picked up today on Ryan; it gates INST-WU-06 + INST-PIPE-WU-08, so Ryan's INST install spine slides one day and still lands D10 at 3/day.

Model. 1 WU = 1 day. Monday (D1) is a clear-the-decks day: all 11 remaining slices of the 6 In-Progress WUs are closed (★), and each engineer opens one new WU (Ryan → INST-PIPE-WU-07, Yash → UA-PIPE-WU-04a); the 3/day cap is lifted for Monday's wrap-up. One exception: UA-PIPE-WU-04a is a 2-day WU (Yash starts it Mon, finishes Tue — the ↳ finish chip), so the Timeline Read Pipe + Sleep machine and the timeline/DERIV cluster slide to D3; the lost Tue slot is absorbed by Ryan (no calendar-day cost). D2–D10 run new WUs at 3/day per engineer. All 66 items (55 new WUs + 11 closure slices) complete by Day 10 (Fri Jul 17), zero slips — this includes the 5-WU UA app-surface decomposition (System Health pipe D3, Home banner D5, Home activity/sleep D8, Devices screen D10) and ARGUS-BOOT-WU-01 (D2), both interleaved by dependency. From Mon Jul 20 through Sat Aug 1 (Health-Ready-Hotel ship), the two temporary blocks — End-to-End Testing and Enhancements across all 4 apps — are placeholders to be decomposed into real WUs. Precursors: ARGUS-BOOT-WU-01 (D2) builds the Argus Phase-1 substrate — the M-90 bootstrap, the real expectedDeviceManifest field, and the installer-membership — that INST-WU-06/-08 (now D3), INST-PIPE-WU-09, INST-WU-10 and INST-PIPE-WU-14 read, so it lands before them; UA-PIPE-WU-04a closes Monday before any DERIV machine; INST-PIPE-WU-09 (Zigbee, D6) widens the pairing charter before BLE/Emfit/BodyTrace share D7; ADR-0091 per-construct resource-count tests (landed by INFRA-SPLIT-WU-01 S1, Done) let up to 6 CDK-adding items share a day. Live-status note: as of Tue Jul 7, five of the six Monday closures fully landed; INFRA-SPLIT-WU-01 did not fully close — S5 (docs + ADR-0091 accept) is still Backlog and S7 (staging/prod convergence, a multi-day soak) is In Progress, so both stay open past Monday. UA-PIPE-WU-04a finished Tuesday on schedule; ARGUS-BOOT-WU-01 and DERIV-PIPE-WU-03 closed Tuesday (Jul 7); INST-PIPE-WU-07, PROP-PIPE-WU-01, DERIV-PIPE-WU-05, and NOTIF-PIPE-WU-2 are underway. INST-WU-02 (Auth & Job Scope) is excluded because its blocking substance is already shipped in main (INST-PIPE-WU-02 Done + auth-BFF + installerJobs resolver); see schedule.md §4.
